IN TI{E CITY COUNCIL OF T.~E~ CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY Off AIA~DA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2680A Establishing the Procedure for Processing App- eals Taken Relative to A~ministrotive or Advisory Body Actious in the A~nistration or Enforcement of the Interim Zoning Ordinance. I~IEREAS, the City Council of the Cit~- of Pleasanton has adopted 0rdinance No. 276, an Interim Zonin~ Ordinance, which will become effective August 9, 1957; and WHEREAS, Article 3, Section 3.10, of the Interkm Zoning Ordinance pro- vides that the City Council shall prescribe the manner in which appeals from admimistrative or advisory body enforcement of the said Interim Zoning Ordi- lmnce shall be taken, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that appeals from actions of an administrat- ive official or an advisory body in the enforcement of the Interim Zoning Ordin~tce shall be taken in the following manner: 1. Appeals ma2r be taken by any interested person, including, but not limited to the applicant~ the property owner, neighboring property owners, or residents, the City Administrator (on behalf of the City), or an interest- ed and concerned citizen. 2. The appeal must be filed in writir~ with the City Clerk not later than seven (7) days from the day cf the action from which the appeal is taken. 3. The written appeal must be verified by at least one of the petition- ers and shall state the action from which the appeal is taken. It must be supported by diagrams, drawings, contours, grades, arguments and sufficient data to support the appeal. 4. The City Council shall hold a public hearin~ on the appeal and the City clerk shall set the date and hour of tile said hearing for the first reg- ular meeting of the City Council which will permit proper notice to be given, but in no case more than thirty (30) days from the date of the filing of the appeal.
