IN TI{E CITY COUNCIL OF T.~E~ CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />COUNTY Off AIA~DA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2680A <br /> <br />Establishing the Procedure for Processing App- <br />eals Taken Relative to A~ministrotive or <br />Advisory Body Actious in the A~nistration or <br />Enforcement of the Interim Zoning Ordinance. <br /> <br /> I~IEREAS, the City Council of the Cit~- of Pleasanton has adopted <br /> 0rdinance No. 276, an Interim Zonin~ Ordinance, which will become effective <br /> August 9, 1957; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Article 3, Section 3.10, of the Interkm Zoning Ordinance pro- <br /> vides that the City Council shall prescribe the manner in which appeals from <br /> admimistrative or advisory body enforcement of the said Interim Zoning Ordi- <br /> lmnce shall be taken, <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that appeals from actions of an administrat- <br /> ive official or an advisory body in the enforcement of the Interim Zoning <br /> Ordin~tce shall be taken in the following manner: <br /> <br /> 1. Appeals ma2r be taken by any interested person, including, but not <br /> limited to the applicant~ the property owner, neighboring property owners, <br /> or residents, the City Administrator (on behalf of the City), or an interest- <br /> ed and concerned citizen. <br /> <br />2. The appeal must be filed in writir~ with the City Clerk not later <br />than seven (7) days from the day cf the action from which the appeal is taken. <br /> <br /> 3. The written appeal must be verified by at least one of the petition- <br />ers and shall state the action from which the appeal is taken. It must be <br />supported by diagrams, drawings, contours, grades, arguments and sufficient <br />data to support the appeal. <br /> <br /> 4. The City Council shall hold a public hearin~ on the appeal and the <br />City clerk shall set the date and hour of tile said hearing for the first reg- <br />ular meeting of the City Council which will permit proper notice to be given, <br />but in no case more than thirty (30) days from the date of the filing of the <br />appeal. <br /> <br /> <br />
