IN TX CIT~ COUNCIL OF TX CITY OF PI~SA~ON COUNTY OF ALA~DA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2679 Accepting Grant of Fair Street ~3~Y~;, the health and safety of the City of Pleasanton require a Street co~ectin~ Hose Avenue ~th Division Street, south of the Arroyo de~ Valley; and ~HE~F~A3, the County of Alameda to provide adequate traffic controls and access to the Fairgrounds of the County of Alameda did obtain a land and improve a street known as "Fair Street"; and WHEREA~ the Board of Supervisors of the County of Alameda by Resolut- ion Mo, 83655, dated May 14, 1957, did approve the conveyance of said Fair Street to the City of Pleasantoa; NOW THEI~FORE, the City Council of the City of Pleasanton does hereby resolve as follows: 1) That the City of Pleasanton does hereby accept the grant and dedication of Fair Street. 2~ That said ~air Street is all that real propert~y situated i~ the City of Pleasanton, County of Alameda, S~ate of California described f,,lly as follows: PARCEL 1 Being all of that certain parcel of land conveyed by Frank Fiera~ a simEle mans to County of Alameda by dAed dated April $, 19~6~ and recorded in Book 7994 of Official lecords at page 527 thereof, Records of Alameda County, CAlifornia.
