IN %HE CITY COUNCIL OF TF~ CITY OF PLEASAI7ON GOUM£Y OF AiAYEDA, STATE OF C,'%IFO2NIA RESOLUTION NO. 2675 Resolution of t~he City Council of the City of Pleasanton adopti~5 the Final Budget for the Fiscal Year Ending June 307 1958~ and Providing for cer- tain Transfers of Funds %~EREAS, the City Administrator of the City of Pl~asanton has presented a preliminary budget for the fiscal year endin~ June 30, 1957; and, 7~iEREAS, the City Council kas held a public hearing thereon and has made certain revisions therein; and, W~HEREAS, the City Council approved tbs preliminary budget on Jul3 ~, 1957, as revised, N~q~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: 1. That the Final Budget for the City of Pleasanton for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1958, a copy of which is on file with the City Clerk, is hereby adopted for the City of Pleasanton for the fiscal year endinE June 30, 1958, and the several amounts stated therein are hereby appro- priated for the various objects therein described. 2. That the City Administrator be and is hereby authorized to make expenditures of the appropriated funds provided that an expenditure for items costin~ in excess of two thousand dollars(~$2,000.O0) shall first be aDproved ¼ by resolution of t~e City Council. 3. That the City Council is authorized to transfer funds by resolution from one department to another and to transfer and authorize the expendi- ture of funds from the various aopropriated reserve~ and from the various Fund Accounts for specific purposes. ~. That the City Administrator be and is hereby authorized to trans- fer funds within the various budget accounts and between the classifications of Salaries and Uai~es, I[aintenance and Operation and Capital Outlay and to expend funds from the Contingency Reserve for specific purposes. -1-
