P~ESOLUTION NO. 2674 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING F2fECUTION OF A CONTRACT BETt~N THE <br />STATE OF CALIFOF~iA fd'~D T~ CITY OF r~o~lu~. PURSUANT TO <br />CHAPTER 33, STATUTES of 1956 , FIRST ~TRAO2DI;~ARY <br /> <br /> ~fKEREAS, the City of PLEASANTON has previously requested the State <br />Department of Finance to provide planninE assistance to it under author- <br />ity of Chapter 33, Statutes of 1956, First Extraordinary Session, in con- <br />junction with Section 701 of the Housing Act of 195~; and <br /> <br /> %,ZtEREAS, the State has accordingly prepared a proposed agreement <br />between the City and State entitled "Agreement Between the State of Cali- <br />fornia an~ tke City of Pleaeanton relating to Urban Planning Assistance", <br />further identified as LPO-P/6-CNS-2. <br /> <br />NOW TH~i~EFOrqE, BE IT FiESOLVED as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed <br />to execute the aforesaid agreement with the State of behalf of the City, <br />and the City agrees te be bound by the terms thereof. <br /> <br /> 2.
