MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCIL: None <br /> COUNCIL REPORTS <br /> Councilmember Thorne reported attending the first board meeting of the League of California Cities. He <br /> provided the Council with data on all the bills currently being followed by the League and shared his <br /> particular interest on those pertaining to local control. <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 9:42 p.m. The Council extended a <br /> tribute to our nation's men and women serving in the military.
