IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CIT! OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2698 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS the Final Budget for the fiscal year 1957-58 provided for the <br />purchase of a 1000 g.p.m, pumper from Po E. Van Pelt, Inc., and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS $19~180 of Capital Improvement funds were budgeted to purchase <br />the pumper, an emer§ency lightin~ system and 1000 feet of 2½ inch fire hose, <br />includin~ sa~es tax, and <br /> <br /> ~ the ~apital Improvement funds are deposited in 90-day accounts~ <br /> <br />and <br /> <br /> ~ the fire truck will be delivered in December, 1957 and paid for <br />from General Fund Deposits, <br /> <br /> NO~ T~REFOP~E BE IT I~SOLVED that the City Treasurer be authorized and <br />is hereby directed to transfer mineteen thousand, one hundred eighty dollars <br />($19,150.00) from the Capital Improvement fund to the General F~nd for the <br />purpose of reimbursing the General Fund for the purchase of the said f~re <br />truck. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of December, 1957. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~yor of the City of Pleasanton <br /> <br />City Cle~ of the City of Pleasanton <br /> <br /> <br />
