7. That a solid 6 ft. high wooden wall shall be <br /> constructed around at least the north, west <br /> and south sides of the outdoor training area. <br /> <br />8. That wing walls be extended eastward from both <br /> sides of the training shop structure to screen the <br /> outside storage area shown east of the training <br /> shops and that these walls shall be part of the <br /> training shop structure and architecturally com- <br /> patible with it. <br /> <br />9. That if agreed to by the owners of the medical <br /> building to the south, the parking lots between <br /> the proposed development and the medical building <br /> shall be connected. <br /> <br />10. That the loading dock shall be at least 45 ft. <br /> long. <br /> <br />11. That the location of the main access drive from <br /> Santa Rita Road shall be subject to revision <br /> pending final design of the development and City <br /> review of the proposed median in Santa Rita Road. <br /> <br /> 12. That the street number of the building be posted so <br /> as to be easily seen from the street at all times, day <br /> and night. <br /> <br />13. That all ducts, meters, air conditioning equipment, and <br /> any other mechanical equipment, whether on the structure, <br /> on the ground, or elsewhere, be effectively screened <br /> from view with materials architecturally compatible <br /> with the main structure. <br /> <br /> 14. That all mechanical equipment be constructed in such a <br /> manner that noise emanating from it will not be per- <br /> ceptible at or beyond the property plane of the subject <br /> property in a normal environment for that zoning district. <br /> <br /> 15. That all lighting be constructed in such a manner that <br /> glare is directed away from surrounding properties and <br /> rights-of-way. <br /> <br /> 16. That all trash and refuse be contained completely within <br /> enclosures architecturally compatible with the main <br /> structure. <br /> <br /> 17. That all trees used in landscaping be a minimum of <br /> 15 gallons in size and all shrubs a minimum of <br /> 5 gallons. <br /> <br /> 18. That if signing for the development is desired, a compre- <br /> hensive signing program be submitted to the City for <br /> consideration under separate application. <br /> <br /> -2- <br /> <br /> <br />
