CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 988 APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF ALBERT RENNER FOR PUD ZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A 63,000 SQ. FT. COMBINATION OFFICE BUILDING AND CARPENTER'S TRAINING CENTER PROPOSED FOR THE 8 ACRE SITE LOCATED ONTHE EAST SIDE OF SANTA RITA ROAD APPROXIMATELY 250 FEET NORTH OF MOHR AVENUE WHEREAS, Albert Renner applied for PUD zoning and development plan approval for a 63,000 sq. ft. combination office building and carpenter's training center proposed for the eight acre site located on the east side of Santa Rita Road approximately 250 feet north of Mohr Avenue; and I~{EREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a mitigated negative declaration was adopted by Council on August 11, 1981; and WHEREAS, Albert Renner appeared before the Planning Commission on July 15, 1981 where his application for development plan approval was denied; and WHEREAS, Albert Renner is appealing that decision to the City Council; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on August 11, 1981; and WHEREAS, City Council finds that this development plan is consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the application of Albert Renner for PUD zoning and development plan approval for a 63,000 sq. ft. combination office building and carpenter's training center proposed for the eight acre site located on the east side of Santa Rita Road approximately 250 feet north of Mohr Avenue, subject to the conditions on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. Section 2: The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of Determination to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4(g) of Resolution No. 77-66. Section 3: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a
