IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF TH~ CITY OF PLEASAi~TON COUNTY OF AI2tMEDA, STATE OF CiLIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2681A %~HEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pleasanton has approved the 1957-58 fiscal year budget upon the basis of a revised chart of fund accounts, and ~,~EREAS, the said revised chart of funds provides a workable system for the deposit and retention of City revenues in order to make possible maaimum earnings on reserves, the ready availability of moneys necessary for the reg- ular performance of City functions and to make possible the renderS-ag of certain services and performance of certain functions outside the regular budget but within the accounting and auditing system. N0~~ TITEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Pleasanton Chart of Fund Accounts shall be as follows: 1. General Fund: The deposits in the General Fund shall include all revenues not otherwise designated for a special fund. These deposits shall be maintained as a call account. 2. Bond Redemption and Interest Fund: Revenues from the levy of a spec- ial property tax rate for the retirement of bonds and for the payment of int- erest on outstanding bonds shall be placed in this fund. These deposits shall be maintained as a call account. 3. Capital Improvement Fund: Revenues received as the result of the lease agreement with the Pleasanton Housing Authority for the lease of Kott- inger Village and for such other funds as are forwarded to the City by the Housing Authority except the payments for municipal services rendered Koman- dorski Village. This fund may be maintained as a ninety-day call account. 4. Housin~ Authorit~ Service Fund: The payments for municipal services rendered Komandorski VilAage shall be deposited in this account.
