IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF TH~ CITY OF PLEASAi~TON <br />COUNTY OF AI2tMEDA, STATE OF CiLIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2681A <br /> <br /> %~HEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pleasanton has approved the <br />1957-58 fiscal year budget upon the basis of a revised chart of fund accounts, <br />and <br /> <br /> ~,~EREAS, the said revised chart of funds provides a workable system for <br />the deposit and retention of City revenues in order to make possible maaimum <br />earnings on reserves, the ready availability of moneys necessary for the reg- <br />ular performance of City functions and to make possible the renderS-ag of <br />certain services and performance of certain functions outside the regular <br />budget but within the accounting and auditing system. <br /> <br /> N0~~ TITEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Pleasanton Chart of Fund <br />Accounts shall be as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. General Fund: The deposits in the General Fund shall include all <br />revenues not otherwise designated for a special fund. These deposits shall <br />be maintained as a call account. <br /> <br /> 2. Bond Redemption and Interest Fund: Revenues from the levy of a spec- <br />ial property tax rate for the retirement of bonds and for the payment of int- <br />erest on outstanding bonds shall be placed in this fund. These deposits shall <br />be maintained as a call account. <br /> <br /> 3. Capital Improvement Fund: Revenues received as the result of the <br />lease agreement with the Pleasanton Housing Authority for the lease of Kott- <br />inger Village and for such other funds as are forwarded to the City by the <br />Housing Authority except the payments for municipal services rendered Koman- <br />dorski Village. This fund may be maintained as a ninety-day call account. <br /> <br /> 4. Housin~ Authorit~ Service Fund: The payments for municipal services <br />rendered Komandorski VilAage shall be deposited in this account. Transfers <br /> <br /> <br />
