"CORRECTED" CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALamEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 987 APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF FOOTHILL KNOLLS FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR AN 80-LOT SINGLE- FAMILY RESIDENTIAL PLANNED UNIT DEVFLOPMENT PROPOSED FOR THE 43-ACRE SITE LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF FOOTHILL ROAD APPROXIMATELY 4000 FFET NORTH OF BERNAL AVENUF AND ADJACENT TO 3885 FOOTHILL ROAD WHEREAS, Foothill Knolls applied for planned unit development approval for an 81-lot single-family residential planned unit development proposed for the 43 acre site located on the east side of Foothill Road approx- imately 4000 feet north of Bernal Avenue and adjacent to 3885 Foothill Road; and WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a mitigated negative declaration was adopted by Council on August 11, 1981; and WHEREAS, Foothill Knolls appeared before the Planning Commission on July 15, 1981 where their application for development plan approval was denied; and WHEREAS, Foothill Knolls is appealing that decision by the Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed.public hearing was held on August 11, 1981; and WHEREAS, City Council finds that this planned unit development, as modified and conditioned herein, is consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HERFBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the application of Foothill Knolls for a development plan approval for an 80-1ot single-family residential planned unit development proposed for the 43-acre site located on the east side of Foothill Road approximately 4000 feet north of Bernal Avenue and adjacent to 3885 Foothill Road, subject to the conditions on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. - Section 2: The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of Determination to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4(g) of Resolution No. 77-66.
