Hanifen dba Pleasanton Service <br /> Station. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, notice to bidders dated January 14, 1958 was sent to service <br /> <br /> stations in the City of Pleasanton inviting quotation for estimated quantities <br />of gasoline, oil and chassis lubrication; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS~ said quotations have been received and studied by the City <br /> Council; <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE TH~ CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLE~SANTON does hereby <br /> resolve as follows: <br /> <br /> The contract for gasoline~ oil and chassis lubrication is hereby awarded <br /> to CHRIS W. HANI~ dba PLEASANTON SERVICE STATION, 400 Main Street~ <br /> Pleasanton, for Alternate l, a 6-months period commencing March l, 1958. <br /> <br /> The City Administrative Officer or the Mayor is authorized to execute a <br /> contract providing for purchase of City requirements, except emergency <br /> requirements out of the City, for gasoline, oil and chassis lubrication and <br /> to provide those regular services provided customers by service stations <br /> <br />to City vehicles. <br /> <br /> DATED: Febrmary 24, 1958 <br /> <br />Mayor of the City of Pleasanton <br /> <br />Cl~rk of.t~e City of Pleasanton <br /> <br /> <br />
