13. Notices. All notices herein required shall be in writing and shall be delivered in person or <br />sent by certified mail, postage prepaid. Inc. <br />Attn: Mark Warshauer <br />250 Gibraltar Rd. <br />Horsham PA 19044 <br />Notices required to be given surety shall be addressed as follows: <br />Provided that any party or the surety may change such address by notice in writing to the <br />other party and thereafter notices shall be addressed and transmitted to the new address. <br />14. Binding on Land and Successors. All covenants, promises and agreements contained in <br />this Agreement shall pertain to and do hereby expressly run with the land controlled by <br />Subdivider and described herein. This Agreement shall bind and inure to the parties hereto, <br />including heirs, assigns, executors, administrators, and all other parties whether they succeed by <br />operation of law or voluntary acts of Subdivider. <br />15. Applicable Law.
