(or developer which is requesting the alignment change) would need to pay PG&E's <br /> costs to move its utility lines. <br /> The relocation of existing utility lines and related Joint Use Agreement is exempt from <br /> CEQA as a Class 3 categorical exemption [new construction of small structures] per <br /> Title 14 California Code of Regulations §757, and is consistent with the Vineyard <br /> Avenue Corridor Specific Plan. <br /> As part of Greenbriar's request for this utility line relocation, Greenbriar has agreed to <br /> pay to the City an additional $30,000 in Vineyard Avenue Corridor Specific Plan fees to <br /> be used for landscaping on north side of Vineyard Avenue. This is in addition to other <br /> Specific Plan and development impact fees paid by this project. <br /> Greenbriar advised City staff that is has advised nearby homeowners of the proposal to <br /> move the utility line, and that there was no opposition. City staff still sent a letter to <br /> nearby property owners to advise them of this proposal.
