IN T~E CIT[ ~OUNCIL OF TRE CITI 0~ PLEASANTON GOUNTI[ OF ~As STATE OF CALIFORNIA RF~OLUTION NO. 2714 N~EI~,~, by Public Lay 655, 84th Congress (70 Stat. 493), the Federal governw~nt has authorized the donation of surplus Federal property for civil defense purposes; and W~EREAS, cer~ainconditions are imposed by the Federal Civil Defense Administration, ~he Department of Health, Education and Welfare, the California Disaster Office, and Ge Surplus Property Division of the State Depart~aent of Education in connection wi~h the acquisition of such property; and W~EREAS, the City of Pleasanton desires to become eligible to acquire such proper~y; NOW~.~OI~ IT IS RESOLVED bythe City ~ouncil of said City that MARGARET L.
