Pursuant to Sectim8 (special salalD~ rates) per~tti~ appointme~ <br />within the Plan of Classification as set up by ~esolution ~;o. 2595, the <br />position of "Gardener, part-time", is hereby established. <br /> <br /> 2. This position may be filled by a full time City employee, who <br />shall be entitled to sick leave, vacation pay, days off, health and retirement <br />~enefits for the special position of "Gardener, part-time" as though the com- <br />pensation for tbe reA~ular position and this special position were combinedunder <br />one separate and distinct classification. <br /> <br /> 3. ~e position of"Gardener, part-time", shall pay Twelve Hundred <br />(1200) dollars per year for five hundred twenty five (525) hours of work, payabl <br />fifty (50) dollars twice a month, commencing l~vem~er 1, 1957 and continuing <br />through October .~, 1958, and shall be renewed by the Council as they so desire <br />upon the annual review of the salary plan and classification. <br /> <br /> 4.
