CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF pLEASA~ITON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 986 APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF ~_i.A.I. IiIDUSTR!ES, INC. FOR DEVELOP!.~Zi]T PLAN APPROVAL FOR A TWO-STORY, 48,000 SQ.. FT. OFFICE BUILDING LOCATED AT THE SOUTIIEAST COP~]ER OF STONERIDGE DRIVE AND FOOTHILL ROAD WHEREAS, M.A.I. Industries, Inc. applied for development plan approval for construction of a two-story, 48,000 sq. ft. office building to be located at the southeast corner of Stoneridge Drive and Foothill Road; and WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a mitigated negative declaration was adopted by Council on July 28, 1981; and W]rEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendation for app..roval of the development plan; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on July 28, 1981; and Wt{E.'REAS, the City Council finds that this development plan is consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton. THE CITY COUNCIL OF TItE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES t{EREBY ORDAIi] AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the development plan for construction of a two-story, 48,000 sq. ft. office building to be located at the southeast corner of Stoneridge Drive and Foothill Road, subject to the conditions on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. Section 2: The City staff is directed to cause a i]otice of Determination to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4(g) of Resolution ~,o. 77-66. Section 3: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoptikn in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Pleasanton. Section 4: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final passage and adoption.
