That the public interest and necessity <br />demand the acquisition, construction and completion by the <br />City of Pleasanton of the £ollowin~ municipal improvements, <br />and each of them, to wit: <br /> <br /> (A) Sewa6e Treatment Plant: Improvements <br />and additions to sewase treatment and disposal <br />plant and facilities, lncludin~ aeration tanks <br />and diffusers, engines, blowers, headworks and <br />comuhtnutor, build~n~s, pipes, pumps, machinery, <br />equipment, apparatus, lands, easements, rights of <br />wa~ and other works, propert~ and structumes <br />necessary or convenient for improvements and <br />additions to the sewage treatment and disposal <br />plant and facilities of the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br />
