IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA~ STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2738 <br /> <br /> Authorizing City Administl~tor to Execute Agree- <br /> ment with Ala~neda Co. Mosquito Abatement Dist. <br /> <br /> WHERFAS~ negotiations have been carried on by the Alameda County Mos- <br />quito Abatement District and the City of Pleasanton to give the City complete <br /> <br />possession of the sewage disposal plant property; <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED as follows: <br /> l) The agreement presented to the City Council this date, providing <br /> the City of Pleasanton shall pay moving costs and provided other servies to <br /> move the Alameda County Mosquito Abatement District to a site of the DistricB,$ <br /> choice, is hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2) The City Administrator is hereby authorized to execute the agreement <br />and perform the City's obligations thereunder. <br /> <br />PASSED ANDADOPTED this March 31: 1958. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />M~yor of the City of Pleasanton <br /> <br />City Clerk~6f the City Of Pleasanton <br /> <br /> <br />
