IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUNION NO. 2730 <br /> <br /> ~tEREAS the Final Budget for the fiscal year 1957-58 provided <br /> for reserve funds in the Capital Improvement Fund, and <br /> <br /> WPLEREAS, under date of December 16, 1957, the City entered a <br />Contract with Galbraith Construction Company for the installation of <br />Manholes and Sanitary Sewer, Bernal Avenue and Pleasanton Avenue, in <br />the amount of $1,778.45, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS the amount of $1,77~.~5 was expended from the General <br />Fund in payment of the above mentioned Contract, and the amount o~ <br />$12A.~9, payment ~o Charles H. Pestana for engineering services in con- <br />nection with said work, was expended from the General Fund; thereby <br />making a total expenditure of $1,902.94. <br /> <br /> NOW, I~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Treasurer be auth- <br />orized and is hereby directed to transfer One Thousand Nine Hundred TwO <br />Dollars and ninety-four cents ($1,902.9A) from the Capital Improvement <br />Fund to the General Fund to reimburse the General Fund for the expendi- <br />tures made for the above mentioned purpose. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of March, 195~ <br /> <br />Ma%or of the City of PleasarZon <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Cler~of the City of Pleasanton <br /> <br /> <br />
