RESOLUTION NO. 12-551 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ADOPTING THE MID YEAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR FISCAL YEARS 2012-2013 THROUGH 2014-2015 WHEREAS, the city adopted a 2011-2012 through 2014-2015 Capital Improvement Program in June 2011; and WHEREAS, midyear adjustments can be subsequently made as projects and revenues are refined; and - WHEREAS, at a public hearing on June 19, 2012, staff presented a report regarding the recommended Mid Year Capital Improvement Program for Fiscal Years 2012-2013 through 2014-15. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: SECTION 1: Council adopts the Mid Year Capital Improvement Program for Fiscal Years 2012-3013 through 2014-2015 as presented to at the June 19, 2012 City Council meeting. SECTION 2: Council approves a transfer of $1,882,623 from the New Community Park: Site Acquisition Reserve (037028) to the Bernal Property Improvement Reserve (017045) to offset costs of developing the Bernal Property Oak Woodland Area. SECTION 3: Council authorizes expenditures as detailed in the Mid Year Capital Improvement Program for Fiscal years 2012-13 and 2013-14. SECTION 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton at a regular meeting held on June 19, 2012.
