RESOLUTION NO. 12-550 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, <br /> ADOPTING THE 2012/13FY MID-TERM OPERATING BUDGET <br /> WHEREAS, in June 2011, the City Council adopted a two-year Operating Budget for <br /> 2011/12 and 2012/13 fiscal years; and <br /> WHEREAS, staff has prepared a Mid-Term Operating Budget update which includes <br /> recommended amendments to the second year of the adopted Operating Budget; and <br /> WHEREAS, staff presented a report to the City Council on June 19, 2012 regarding the <br /> recommended amendments. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br /> SECTION 1. Council adopts the 2012/13FY Mid-Term Operating Budget. <br /> SECTION 2. Council adopts the 2012/13FY Pleasanton Community Grant Program as <br /> set forth in Attachment A and the Community Development Block Grant Program as set forth in <br /> Attachment B of the Mid-Term Operating Budget. <br /> SECTION 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br /> adoption. <br /> PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton at <br /> a regular meeting held on June 19, 2012. <br /> I, Karen Diaz, City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, California, certify that the foregoing <br /> resolution was adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting held on the 19`" day of June <br /> 2012 by the following vote: <br /> Ayes: Councilmembers Cook-Kallio, McGovern, Thorne, Mayor Hosterman <br /> Noes: None <br /> Absent: Councilmember Sullivan <br /> Abstain: None <br /> Ilk <br /> Kare ' Diaz, City Clerk <br /> APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> Jonathan P.
