RESOLUTION NO. 2979 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF T~E <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON ADOPTING AND APPROVING <br />THE MASTER AGREEMENT FOR EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS ALLOCATED <br />UNDER SECTION 2107.5 OF T~E STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a master agreement has been presented to be entered into with <br />the State of California for expenditure of the engineering allocation in the <br />City of Pleasanton, and; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said agreement in Full and is <br />familiar with the contents thereof; <br /> <br /> THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton <br />that said master agreement be and it is hereby adopted to cover the budgeting <br />of proposed expenditures of the engineering allocation to cities, and said <br />agreement be and the same is hereby approved and the Mayor and the City Clerk <br />are directed to sign the same on behalf of said city, said agreement to be <br />binding upon the city upon its execution by the authorized officials of the <br />State. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this 8th day of February, 1960 <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor of the City of Pleasanton <br /> <br />City Cle~ of the City of Pleasanton <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly <br />passed by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton at a regular meetimg <br />thereof held February 8, 1960. <br /> <br />Clerk off, he City of Pleasanton <br /> <br /> <br />
