CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> 973 <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br /> !: ESOLVED: <br /> <br /> 1} Pursuent to Ordinance No. 296, Sectio~i 4(e), the <br /> <br />City Council h~,s made studies concerning the use of sewage treat- <br />ment facilities ~y Garatti Winery, 571 St. ~ohns Street~ <br />Pleasanton, California. <br /> <br /> 2} The C~ty Council does hera~by fi~ and determine that the <br />improvements and installation for pre-treatment of se.~a{le <br />affluent shall be carried out as part of City plans to ~pro~e <br />and add ts the present sewage treatment plant.
