For those categories not lis~ed, the following provisions shall prevail: <br /> <br />Minimum I~Y shall be not less th~n $2.865 per hour, plus applicable em- <br />ployer l~id benefits, as defined in section 1773.1 of the Labor Code. <br /> <br />Overtime, Sundays mud Holidays - Not less than one ~ud one-half (1-~) <br />times the basic hourly rmte plus applicable employer l~yments. The <br />holidays upon which such rates shall be paid shall be all holidays <br />recognized in the collective bargaining agreement applicable to the <br />particulaw craig, classification or type of workmen employed on the <br />project. <br /> <br />Copies of all collective bargaimfng agre~ments relating to the work <br />as set forth in the aforementioned Labor Code are on file and avail- <br />able for inspection in the office of the Depal~ment of Industrial <br />Relations, Division of Labor Statistics and Research. <br /> <br /> <br />
