That the applicant submit a plan to the City showing <br /> how access and water will be maintained to the Juhl <br /> property during construction of the main road; this <br /> plan to be approved prior to submittal of a final sub- <br /> division map. <br /> <br />10. That the owner of the parcel immediately north of lot 18 <br /> shall be granted vehicular access over the Deer Oaks <br /> drive if, prior to the fi~ing of the final' subdivision <br /> map for subject project, said owner agrees to share the. <br /> prorata cost of maintaining the roadway including <br /> insurance costs and gate maintenance and agrees. to abide <br /> by all association rules and restrictions on the use of <br /> same. That the large oak tree near the existing stable shall <br /> be repaired and maintained in a healthy condition at <br /> all times. <br />15. That approval of the water system, sanitary sewer.system, <br /> storm drain system and utility distribution system be <br /> withheld pending final design. The 8" water line in <br /> Twelve Oaks Drive,.Tract 4239 will be required to be <br /> extended to tie to the proposed water system within this <br /> development. A regulation station will be required. <br /> The water system will be publicly maintained.within a <br /> P.S.E.
