CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> 'J964 <br />REEO LL,'TI O N NO._ <br /> <br />FIXING SUBDIVISION FLAP AND INSPECTION FEES <br /> <br />RES0 LVED: <br /> <br /> Pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 293 <br /> <br />(Interim Zoning Ordinance) and Sections ll,500 et seq, Business <br />and Professions Code, State of California, (State Subdivision <br />Map Act), the following schedule of fees is adopted for sub- <br />division map checking and inspection fees: <br /> <br /> a) Tentative Map - Filing fee of $25.00 <br /> <br /> b) Final ~ap - Checking fee of $25.00 plus $1.00 per lot <br /> <br /> C) Inspection Costs - 2% of the total estimated cost of <br /> improvements up to and including <br /> $10,000. <br /> <br /> 1½% of the total estimated addition <br /> al cost of improvements fram <br /> $10,00~ to and including $50,000. <br /> <br /> 1% of the total estimated addition- <br /> al cost of improvements on any <br /> amount in excess of $50,000. <br /> <br />ADOPTED: January ll, 1960. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Cle~ <br /> <br />'May~r <br /> <br /> <br />
