RESOLUTION NO. 78-87 • <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING DESIGNATION OF SPECIAL <br /> BOND COUNSEL, ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1974-2, <br /> STONERIDGE CENTER <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br /> That all proceedings for Assessment District No. 1974-2, <br /> Stoneridge Center, City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, <br /> be and they are hereby amended to designate the firm of STURGIS, <br /> NESS & BRUNSELL a professional corporation as Special Bond Counsel <br /> and to delete from said proceedings any reference to STURGIS, <br /> DEN-DULK, DOUGLASS & ANDERSON as Special Bond Counsel. <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly <br /> and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, <br /> Alameda County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on <br /> the 25th day of April, 1978 , by the following vote, to wit: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Kephart, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: Councilmembers None <br /> ABSENT:Councilmembers None <br /> CLAYTON E.
