CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the County of Alameda has requested the City <br />of Pleasanton to join in a quitclaim deed to return to the <br />grantors the difference between the 25 ft. radius and the 30 ft. <br />radius, as actually constructed at the northeast return of <br />Santa Rita Road and Stanley Boulevard, Pleasanton, California; <br /> <br />and good cause appearing; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED: <br /> <br /> That the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized <br />to Join and execute that quitclaim deed bearing the date of <br />~..~.~,%' %J, 1959, conveying the above described property <br />to CHURLS3 J. RITENOUR and RUTH Y.
