The City shall be named as an additional insured and the policy shall contain cross liability endorsements. An endorsement shall be provided which states that the County coverage is the primary insurance and that no other insurance affected by the City will be called upon to contribute to a loss under this coverage. ACFD, on its own or through the County, may self-insure to these limits of coverage. ACFD shall furnish City with original certificates and amendatory endorsements effecting coverage required by this clause. The endorsements should be on forms provided by the City or on other than the City's forms provided those endorsements conform to City requirements. All certificates and endorsements are to be received and approved by the City. The City reserves the right to require complete certified copies of all required insurance policies, including endorsements effecting the coverage required by these specifications at any time.
