We request adding"with the <br /> exception of retail signage"at the beginning of the sentence. <br /> 15) CarrAmerica Site Specific Page 53 <br /> a. Special Design Standards and Guidelines: "It is preferred that the internal streets <br /> connect Rosewood Drive to the internal that connects to Owens Drive" <br /> Comment: We respectfully request that this item be eliminated for all of the reasons <br /> outlined under our discussion relative to Item 4),above. <br /> b. Special Design Standards and Guidelines: "Buildings should front Owens Drive and be <br /> set back a minimum 15'from back of sidewalk". <br /> Comment: Due to the increased residential density we request a minimum setback of <br /> 10'(as shown on Pg.18,A.3,street cross section)vs. 15'. EIR Mitigations: "A.1-7 Acoustical Assessment(Livermore Municipal Airport" <br /> Comment: This mitigation measure was erroneously listed within the DSEIR and was <br /> correctly removed from the FSEIR;therefore,we request the removal of this <br /> inapplicable item. <br /> We believe the above comments and requested modifications to the Residential Guidelines will provide <br /> our team with the flexibility needed to provide the most livable and exciting mixed-use residential <br /> development possible for this corporate campus property. We will provide high quality residential <br /> apartment homes within a larger mixed-use setting,walkable to Jobs, retail services,recreation,and <br /> transit.
