Other Guidelines and Regulations Applying to Development <br /> These nine housing sites are also subject to other regulations and guidelines in <br /> addition to the Development Standards and Design Guidelines contained in this <br /> document. For example, the sites are subject to the relevant provisions of the <br /> Pleasanton Municipal Code. Sites 7, 8 and 9 are also subject to the provisions of <br /> the Hacienda Design Guidelines and Development Plan.
