As the project developed in two <br /> phases, an amendment to the original agreement with JD Franz Research, Inc. is <br /> needed to fully implement the project. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> Approve the First Amendment to Agreement with JD Franz Research, Inc. <br /> FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br /> There is no new financial impact associated with this update. The $18,500 funding for <br /> the this phase of the business retention survey project is included in the General Fund <br /> in the Economic Development Department budget. <br />
