These modifications are to Program <br /> 9.7 and to Policy 37 and are described in the draft resolution and exhibit in Attachment <br /> 1. <br /> PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION <br /> On May 9, 2012, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the Housing <br /> Element amendment on the consent agenda by a vote of 5 to 0. <br /> FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br /> The City Council's action will have no direct financial impact. <br />
