Footnotes to the 2012-2013 Budget for Kottinger Place <br /> The footnotes below are for line items in the budget that are not self-explanatory <br /> INCOME <br /> 3110 Rent Based on projected income from tenant rents <br /> It is assumed that the site will receive approximately the same rent revenue from <br /> residents as last year. <br /> 3610 Operating Interest- Based on interest from operating account <br /> As the economy is still stagnant, we are anticipating less interest income, as the <br /> base operating account is lower than it was last year at this time. <br /> 3690 Other Income - Interest from Operating Reserve accounts <br /> This is a conservative estimate on income from the operating reserve accounts, <br /> based upon lower available interest rates upon the maturity of current certificates of <br /> deposit, etc. <br /> 3691 Laundry Income- Based on 2008/2009 income with no expected increase. <br /> 3692 Cable TV- <br /> Based on YTD amounts annualized with a 5% increase. <br /> 3693 Operating Subsidy <br /> HUD has informed the Pleasanton Housing Authority that it will adjust(downward by <br /> $49,888) the Operating Subsidy for the current calendar year that encompasses the <br /> first half of this budget year. <br /> EXPENSES <br /> Note: Please refer to the Payroll Computation Tab for payroll information <br /> 4110 Administive Salary-Administrator- <br /> Based on an hourly salary of$20.84. <br /> 4113 Other Payroll Expense <br /> This includes Workers Comp Insurance and Payroll Processing <br /> 4120 Management fee based on current projected level <br /> 4150 Other Administrative Expenses <br /> This line item includes approximately $3,000 as the site's contribution to a new <br /> accounting system compatible with Windows 7. <br /> 4170 Audit Fees- <br /> Based on current year's costs <br /> 4194 Advertising - <br /> 4210 Service Coordinator- <br /> 5 hours per week plus supervision costs; based on an hourly rate of$25.98 <br />
