Minimum lot area within Tract 2110 to be 6,000 square feet; <br />minimum average width of lots to be 60 feet. Use of land~ Single <br />Family Residential. <br /> <br />2. Ail provisions of the City of Pleasanton Subdivision Ordinance <br />No. 230 shall be oc~plied with. <br /> <br /> Easements designed in accordance with standard engineering <br />~ractice and approved by the City Engineer shall be required where <br />~torm waters discharge upon adjoining properties. <br /> <br /> Standard vertical curb and gutter and separate sidewalks shall <br /> constructed on all streets. <br /> <br />5.
