The sewer line in the easemeat in the rear of lets 1-6 <br />of block 3 to be so located as to allow for future installation of <br />storm water piping. <br /> <br /> 2. Curb and gutter storm water flew is not to be allowed to <br />· raim from the Tract uncontrolled; a Drainage Release to be in- <br />stalled. <br /> <br /> 3. Owner or developer to secure a storm water release south <br />of the tract near Mirador Drive. <br /> <br /> 4. Caballc Court shall net be a through street. <br /> <br /> 10. Before any building permits are'issued, a grading plan <br />is to be filed with the City Engineer. <br /> <br /> 11. An acreage improvements fee of $300.00 per acre shall be <br />paid the qity of Pleasanton towards capital expense. Said fee to <br />be due 25% upon signing the subdivision agreement, and the remain- <br />ing 75% upon accepting improvements of said tract by the City of <br />Pleasanten. It is stipulated that Tract 2093 contains 17.5 acres <br />and the total sum due is $5,250.00. The City may require a surety <br />company bend, separate from bonds for improvements to be eon- <br />structed by the subdivider, sufficient to guarantee payment to the <br />City of the 75% balance due. <br /> 12. Minimum let area within Tract 2093 to be 6,050 square fei <br />minimum average width ef lots to be 60 feet. Use of land; Single <br />Family Residential. <br /> <br /> 13. Easements designed in accordance with standard engineer- <br />ing practice and approved by the City Engineer shall be required <br />where storm waters discharge upon adjoining properties. <br /> 14. Approval ef this Tentative Map as to street improvements <br />and street drainage extends to general plans only. Detail plans <br />specifications as to street improvements, grades and street drain- <br />age, including sizes and types of drainage structures, shall be <br />subject to the approval of the City Engineer <br /> <br /> <br />
