WHEREAS, after testimony at the public hearing and a review of the materials <br /> presented, the City Council determined that the proposed fence height is not appropriate for the <br /> site. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE, AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br /> SECTION 1. The city grants the appeal thereby, denying the Planning Commission's <br /> approval of Case P11-0731, the application of Robert Baker for Administrative Design Review <br /> approval for the construction of an approximately 74-foot long fence between 3647 and <br /> 3633 Glacier Court North, varying in height from 72 inches to 83 inches; <br /> SECTION 2. That Robert Baker, applicant, shall reduce the fence height to six feet; <br /> SECTION 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br /> adoption. <br /> PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton at <br /> a meeting held on May 15, 2012 <br /> I, Karen Diaz, City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, California, certify that the foregoing <br /> resolution was adopted by the City Council at a special meeting held on the 15th day of May <br /> 2012, by the following vote: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Cook-Kallio, McGovern, Sullivan, Thorne, Mayor Hosterman <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> ATTEST: <br /> ..
