CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAM E DA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />ReSOLU~ION NO.__~ 9 ~/ <br /> <br />RESOLVED: <br /> <br /> The City Administrator and City Clerk are hereby <br />authorized to execute on behalf of the City of Pleasanton an <br />agreement with Allen D. Holmes, doing business as ALLEN'S <br />AMBULANCE SF~VICE, Post Office Box 657, Livermore, California, <br />whereby said ambulance service is provided for the City of <br />Pleasanton for a flat fixed fee in the amount of $75.00 per year, <br />commencing July l, 1959. <br /> <br />ADOPTED: <br /> <br />September 28, 1959. <br /> <br />M~yor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />C~ty Clerk ' <br /> <br /> <br />
