CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTOil <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 976 <br /> <br /> APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> TO PREZONE AN APPROXIMATELY 41 ACRE PARCEL LOCATED <br /> ON THE NORTH SIDE OF VINEYARD AVENUE IMMEDIATELY <br /> EAST OF THE HACIENDA MOBILE HO~ PARK TO PUD-MEDIUM <br /> DENSITY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton initiated a prezoning of an <br /> approximately 41 acre parcel located on the north <br /> side of Vineyard Avenue immediately east of the Hacienda <br /> Mobile Home Park to PUD-Medium Density Residential <br /> District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the above-described property is involved in or will <br /> !~e ihvolved in annexation to the City of Pleasanton; <br /> and '~.,~ <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study indicating <br /> possible significant adverse effects on the environ- <br /> ment, a mitigated negative declaration was adopted <br /> by Council on May 12, 1981; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommenda- <br /> tion for approval of the prezoning; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on May 12, 1981; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this prezoning is consistent <br /> with the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves case RZ-81-2 prezoning of an approximately <br /> 41 acre parcel of land located on the north side of <br /> Vineyard Avenue immediately e~stof.the Hacienda Mobile <br /> Home Park to PUD-Medium D~n~ity.~'Residential District <br /> subject to the mitigating conditions set forth in <br /> Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein. <br /> <br />Section 2: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated <br /> April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating <br /> and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby <br /> amended by Zoning Unit Map ~223, attached hereto as <br /> Exhibit B dated May 12, 1981, and incorporated herein <br /> by this reference. <br /> <br /> <br />
