CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTOil ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 976 APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON TO PREZONE AN APPROXIMATELY 41 ACRE PARCEL LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF VINEYARD AVENUE IMMEDIATELY EAST OF THE HACIENDA MOBILE HO~ PARK TO PUD-MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton initiated a prezoning of an approximately 41 acre parcel located on the north side of Vineyard Avenue immediately east of the Hacienda Mobile Home Park to PUD-Medium Density Residential District; and WHEREAS, the above-described property is involved in or will !~e ihvolved in annexation to the City of Pleasanton; and '~.,~ WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study indicating possible significant adverse effects on the environ- ment, a mitigated negative declaration was adopted by Council on May 12, 1981; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommenda- tion for approval of the prezoning; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on May 12, 1981; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this prezoning is consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves case RZ-81-2 prezoning of an approximately 41 acre parcel of land located on the north side of Vineyard Avenue immediately e~stof.the Hacienda Mobile Home Park to PUD-Medium D~n~ity.~'Residential District subject to the mitigating conditions set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein. Section 2: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby amended by Zoning Unit Map ~223, attached hereto as Exhibit B dated May 12, 1981, and incorporated herein by this reference.
