IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CIT~ OF PT,EASAN~0N <br />COUllT~ OF ALAMEDA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2920 <br /> <br />RESOLVED: <br /> <br /> 1. The following procedure is set up for handling payments <br />by users of City water and sewer service, and for making transfers <br />from the general fund to the "Sewer and Drainage Service Fund", <br />to carry out the terms of Ordinance No. 296: <br /> <br /> a) All payments for City sewer and water service shall <br />be deposited in the General Fund. <br /> <br /> b~ Where a part payment is made, monies shall be first <br />applied on the sewer service charge. <br /> <br /> c~ At the close of each month, the City Clerk or Fin- <br />ance Officer shall transfer to the "Sewer and Drainage Service <br />Fund", reserved for the special purposes set forth in Ordinance <br />No. 296, a sum equal to the accrued sewer services charged by the <br />City for that month. <br /> <br /> d) Where a user of sewer service specifically refuses <br />and fails to pay for sewer service, such amounts shall be accounte <br />and tabulated; and at the end of the following month, shall be <br />deducted or adjusted from the amount transferred to the "Sewer and <br /> <br />Drainage Service Fund". <br /> <br />ADOPTED: August 10, 1959. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Cle~ <br /> <br /> <br />
