Mr. Baker indicated the design of the fence was agreed upon by <br /> both parties prior to construction. He constructed the fence in August while Mr. Pretzel <br /> was present. Additionally, Mr. Pretzel had specific requests on how he wanted the <br /> fence on his side to be constructed. <br /> The Zoning Administrator stated that the subject fence meets all of the necessary yard <br /> requirements as outlined in the Pleasanton Zoning Ordinance.
