CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 91-120 <br /> APPROVAL OF CONFIRMATION OF THE COST <br /> ACCOUNTING REPORT FOR THE 1991 WEED ABATEMENT <br /> PROGRAM <br /> WHEREAS, an itemized written report showing the cost of nuisance <br /> abatement on a lot by lot basis throughout the City of <br /> Pleasanton for those lots upon or in front of which weeds <br /> existed and were not abated voluntarily by the owners <br /> thereof, was presented before the City Council at its <br /> meeting of August 6, 1991. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1: The costs of the abatement are deemed by law to con- <br /> stitute a special assessment against and a lien upon the <br /> parcel of property and shall be added by the Treasurer- <br /> Tax Collector to the next regular tax bill for each <br /> parcel as stated on the written report received from the <br /> city of Pleasanton Fire Department. <br /> Section 2 : This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br /> REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br /> A MEETING HELD ON AUGUST 6, 1991 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Mohr, Scribner, and Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: Councilmembers - Butler and Tarver <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Peggy L . % i:ro, ty Clerk <br /> APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> y/" g /If — <br /> Michael H.
