Adopt the proposed Capital Improvement Program
for Fiscal Years 1991/92 through 1995/96 .
2 . Appropriate the funding as indicated in the
program to meet Fiscal Year 1991/92 projects.
SUMMARY: Each year the City adopts a Five-Year Capital
Improvement Program to assure that infrastructure
and capital improvement needs are adequately
addressed and planned for. The proposed Capital
Improvement Program establishes a course of action
to meet Capital Improvement needs over the next
five (5) years.
Honorable Mayor and Members of the Council:
BACKGROUND
The Five-Year Capital Improvement Program has been prepared to
provide the City Council with information necessary to determine
Capital Improvement needs over the next five years. The program
contains recommendations for funded projects and also contains a
detailed description and listing of unfunded projects. High
priority unfunded projects have been highlighted as a way of
indicating the importance of these projects and the fact that they,
would most likely be the first considered should additional funding
become available.
SR91: 266 1
