The following standards shall be utilized in the <br /> design and construction of all buildings on the site: <br /> <br /> a. The front setback of all buildings shall be <br /> consistent with the requirements of condition <br /> number 6 hereof; side setbacks may be reduced <br /> to zero feet where a minimum of 20 ft. is main- <br /> tained on one side; the minim~nn distance between <br /> buildings shall be 40 ft. unless directly abutted <br /> by another structure, and rear setbacks may be <br /> zero feet depending upon the location of adjacent <br /> structures. <br /> <br /> b. Walls, driveways, parking, landscaping and the <br /> exteriors of all buildings shall at all times <br /> be maintained in good condition. All painted <br /> surfaces shall be kept properly painted in <br /> colors approved by the Design Review Board. <br /> Unimproved property shall be maintained in a <br /> sightly condition, free of weeds and debris <br /> at all times. <br /> <br /> c. Attention shall be paid to building location <br /> on the site for maximum sight efficiency and <br /> aesthetic relationship to adjacent existing <br /> buildings. <br /> <br /> <br />
