That the developer's engineer submit preliminary design calculations, criteria, and assumptions in bound, 8-1/2" x 11" or 8-1/2" x 14" format which set forth the basis for design for the sewer, water, and storm- drain systems as well as relevant information con- cerning soils, traffic, etc. 52. That approval of the water distribution system be withheld pending final design and subsequent approval. by the City Engineer. 53. That approval of the sanitary sewer collection system -' be withheld pending final design and subsequent approval by the City Engineer. 54. That approval of the storm drainage system be withheld.- pending final design an~ subsequent approval by the City Engineer. 55. That all applicable requirements of the Alameda County Flood Control District be met. 56. That the development shall provide on-site private security guards as determined by the Police Chief. Conditions Necessary to Mitigate Significant Impacts Determined in the Mitigated Negative Declaration Prepared for Case PUD-80,16 57. That a maintenance fund be established through the assessment district which is created to finance the public improvements within the Meyer development to provide funds for the maintenance and repair of the applicable portions of Hopyard Road and-Stoneridge Drive and all internal dedicated public streets. 58. That the following street sections be used within the Meyer development: TXpe A: A 'for~-eight foot (48') wide curb to curb street With a marked centerline as shown in Attachment 7. This street can function initially as a two lane street with parking on each side. At such time in the future as increased traffic warrants, it can be revised by additional striping and by'the addition of no parking signs to provide for two lanes in each direction. This is intended primarily for the light industrial areas. (See Attachment 7)
