CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 92-165 <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 76-79 <br /> (ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS) , TO ADD A <br /> TWO WAY STOP AT MUIRWOOD AND FOREST HILL <br /> DRIVES <br /> WHEREAS, on April 12, 1976, the City Council adopted Resolution <br /> No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations <br /> for City Streets) ; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has from time to time amended Resolution <br /> No. 76-79; and <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting of August 18, 1992, the City Council <br /> received and discussed a report (SR92:332) from the <br /> Director of Public Works and Utilities related to a <br /> request to install a four way stop at the intersection of <br /> Muirwood Drive and Forest Hill Drive; and <br /> WHEREAS, it was determined to be necessary to amend Resolution No. <br /> 76-79 to add subsection 3f-7 to Section 3 (Stop <br /> Intersections) ; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1: Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic <br /> Regulations for City Streets) is hereby amended by adding <br /> subsection 3f-7 to read as follows: <br /> 3f-7 Forest Hill Drive, at Muirwood Drive; stopping <br /> traffic on Forest Hill Drive in both directions. <br /> Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br /> REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br /> A MEETING HELD ON AUGUST 18, 1992 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT Councilmember Scribner <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> ATTEST: <br /> 91J/ - j / <br /> Peg. / 1 / zi• •• , City Clerk <br /> APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> Michael H.
