CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 565 <br /> ZONING UNIT NO . 87 , AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 520 (ZONING <br /> ORDINANCE) , TO APPLY FINAL ZONING AS AN R--1-6500 DISTRICT <br /> FOR PROPERTY LOCATED EAST OF HOPYARD ROAD, SOUTH OF <br /> NORTHWAY ROAD AND ADJACENT FAIRFIELD ROAD ON THE WEST <br /> AND CONTAINING APPROXIMATELY 14 . 3 ACRES <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br /> FOLLOWS : <br /> I . <br /> The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton, dated April 18, 1960 , <br /> referred to in Section 28. 110, of Ordinance No . 520 , designating <br /> and dividing the City of Pleasanton into Zoning Districts, is here- <br /> by amended as follows : <br /> Zoning Unit No . 87 , as shown on the map dated July 28, 1969, <br /> on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which is attached <br /> hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, shall desig- <br /> nate the land use and zoning districts of the territory <br /> referred to therein. <br /> II . <br /> Said Territory and zone classification, as amended , is further <br /> described as follows : <br /> Real property of D. and V. Builders , being approximately <br /> 14 . 3 acres lying easterly of Hopyard Road, southerly of <br /> Northway Road and adjacent Fairfield Road on the West, <br /> is hereby reclassified as follows : <br /> R-1-6500 (One Family Residential) District <br /> III . <br /> This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen days <br /> after its adoption in "THE TIMES" , a newspaper of general circula- <br /> tion, published in the City of Pleasanton, and shall become effec- <br /> tice on the thirty-first day after adoption but shall not become <br /> operative until building permits are issued for specified construc- <br /> tion consistent with the final development plans approved by the <br /> City Council on July 28 , 1969, pursuant to Resolution No. 69-179, <br />
