CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> ORDINANCE NO . 563 <br /> ZONING UNIT NO. 85 , AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 520 (ZONING <br /> ORDINANCE) TO APPLY FINAL ZONING AS A C-F (COMMERCIAL <br /> FREEWAY) DISTRICT, FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE NORTHERLY <br /> SIDE OF THE INTERSECTION OF TASSAJARA ROAD AND SANTA RITA <br /> ROAD, AND CONTAINING APPROXIMATELY 1 . 37 ACRES <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br /> FOLLOWS : <br /> I . <br /> The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton, dated April 18, 1960 , <br /> referred to in Section 28 . 110 , of Ordinance No . 520 , designating <br /> and dividing the City of Pleasanton into Zoning Districts , is here- <br /> by amended as follows : <br /> Zoning Unit No . 85, as shown on the map dated July 28, 1969, <br /> on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which is attached <br /> hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, shall <br /> designate the land use and zoning districts of the terri- <br /> tory referred to therein. <br /> II . <br /> Said territory and zone classification, as amended, is further <br /> described as follows : <br /> Real property of the Spivak-Bollinger Development Company, <br /> being approximately 1 . 37 acres , lying on the northerly <br /> side of the intersection of Tassajara Road and Santa Rita <br /> Road, is hereby reclassified as follows : <br /> C-F (COMMERCIAL FREEWAY) DISTRICT <br /> III . <br /> This Ordinance shall be published once within 15 days after <br /> its adoption in "THE TIMES" , a newspaper of general circulation, <br /> published in the City of Pleasanton, and shall be in force on the <br /> thirty-first day after adoption. <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br /> City of Pleasanton on July 28 , 1969 . <br />
