CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 562 <br /> ZONING UNIT NO . 84, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO . 520 (ZONING <br /> ORDINANCE) TO APPLY P .U.D. (PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT) <br /> DISTRICT TO PROPERTY WITHIN THE EASTERN QUADRANT CREATED <br /> BY THE INTERSECTION OF DIVISION STREET AND THE DEL VALLE <br /> PARKWAY, AND CONTAINING APPROXIMATELY 23 ACRES <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br /> FOLLOWS : <br /> I . <br /> The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton, dated April 18, 1960, <br /> referred to in Section 28 . 110 , of Ordinance No . 520, designating <br /> and dividing the City of Pleasanton into Zoning Districts , is here- <br /> by amended as follows : <br /> Zoning Unit No . 84 , as shown on the map dated July 14 , <br /> 1969 , on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which is <br /> attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, <br /> shall designate the land use and zoning districts of the <br /> territory referred to therein. <br /> II . <br /> Said territory and zone classification, as amended , is further <br /> described as follows : <br /> Property of D . and V. Builders , Inc . , being approximately <br /> 23 acres lying within the eastern quadrant created by the <br /> intersection of Division Street and the Del Valle Parkway, <br /> is hereby classified as follows : <br /> PUD (Planned Unit Development) District <br /> III . <br /> This Ordinance shall be published once in "THE TIMES" , a news- <br /> paper of general circulation published in the City of Pleasanton, <br /> and shall be in force on the thirty-first day after adoption. <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> of Pleasanton on July 14 , 1969 . <br />
