CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> ORDINANCE NO . 561 <br /> ZONING UNIT NO. 83, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO . 520 (ZONING <br /> ORDINANCE) TO APPLY C-S (COMMERCIAL SERVICE) DISTRICT <br /> TO PROPERTY ABUTTING SANTA RITA ROAD ON ITS WESTERLY <br /> SIDE, SOUTHERLY OF THE WESTERN PACIFIC RAILROAD TRACKS <br /> AND CONTAINING APPROXIMATELY . 63 ACRES <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br /> FOLLOWS : <br /> I . <br /> The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton, dated April 18, <br /> 1960, referred to in Section 28 . 110 , of Ordinance No . 520, desig- <br /> nating and dividing the City of Pleasanton into Zoning Districts , <br /> is hereby amended as follows : <br /> Zoning Unit No . 83 , as shown on the map dated July 14 , <br /> 1969, on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which is <br /> attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, <br /> shall designate the land use and zoning districts of the <br /> territory referred to therein. <br /> II . <br /> Said territory and zone classification, as amended, is <br /> further described as follows : <br /> Property of Bernard T. Gerton and Anna Larsen, being <br /> approximately . 63 acres abutting Santa Rita Road on its <br /> Westerly side and lying southerly of the Western Pacific <br /> Railroad tracks , is hereby classified as follows : <br /> C-S (COMMERCIAL SERVICE) DISTRICT <br /> This Ordinance shall be published once in "THE TIMES" , a <br /> newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Pleasan- <br /> ton, and shall be in force on the thirty-first day after adoption. <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> Pleasanton on July 7 , 1969 . <br />
